Fishing Hole

I grew up in a fishing family. We fished on boats in lakes, on rivers, on the ice in the winter and on trips to the coast there was always a deep sea or sport fishing excursion. As an adult I still love fishing trips…as long as I don’t have to actually touch the fish or the bait. What can I say…I’ve gotten a little more girlie as I’ve aged. Usually my family goes fishing a few times during the summer. With the baby, we just haven’t made it this year. Although, there is a tentative plan for crawdad fishing this Saturday. Fingers crossed on that one working out!!

It has gotten so hot here this last week. I’ve been working less and less and playing outside in the sun with the girls and with my sweet baby. He’s 5 months now, and that is just such a cute age!
